Major Winter Storm Will Bring Heavy Snow
Our
first major winter storm of the month will blast through Colorado for
Friday. The combination of a strong Canadian cold front and a moist,
strengthening, upper level low pressure area will make for harsh winter
conditions across the state all day Friday. A mix of rain and snow will
begin
late Thursday night and then change over to snow after midnight, with
the bulk
of the accumulating snow happening from about 5 a.m. through 2 p.m.
Friday.
